The
following is a random list of inspectors affiliated with our
Chapter who wished to be listed on our web page. All
ASHI Certified Inspectors or others permitted to use
the ASHI logo may not be listed in this document. Inclusion
on this list does not represent an endorsement by the Chapter
or its officers.
Everyone enters ASHI
as an ASHI Associate. ASHI Associates can become
ASHI Certified Inspectors after passing the ASHI exam
series, performing 250 fee paid inspections to the ASHI Standards
of Practice, and having samples of their reports verified
by the Society. ASHI Associates with Logo Use
have completed at least 50 inspections, passed the exams and
have had their reports verified.

Please
note: Effective December 31, 2005 home inspectors in New York
State must hold a license issued by the Department of State.
Consumers are advised to check for valid licenses when choosing
a home inspector.
